At the Rayo Vallecano Academy we develop collective and individual training oriented to the individual improvement of the player, through the training methodology by concepts. Within these concepts, we have developed didactic units in a progressive manner. We have structured sessions that are focused on the individual improvement of the player; represented in game model, street football and individual improvement taking into account respectively the category to which they belong.
